Karla Smith Behavioral Health is not a traditional treatment facility. We pride ourselves on our aggressive approach to work with the family system, not just the identified patient. Whether a client needs Intensive Outpatient Programming, family therapy, or individual work, we use evidence-based practices to develop a unique and comprehensive, goal-based treatment plan.

While we are private pay, KSBH meets the financial challenges of our clients through the following:
- Sliding Scale
- Need-based scholarships
- Additionally, KSBH will work with your patient to understand their out-of-network mental health benefits, and as a courtesy to our patients, we file out-of-network claims on their behalf. Most of our clients discover that, between our financial assistance programs and out-of-network reimbursement, fees for service at KSBH are consistent with fees that they would pay in-network.
