Earn $55-65,000 annually!

Licensure:
Must be Licensed in Illinois as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Clinical Psychologist.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree Required.   More advanced degrees such as LCSW, LCPC PhD welcomed.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Exceptional patient service skills.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to professionalism, integrity, and honesty.
  • High energy and motivation to succeed.
  • Complete and document clinical assessments and write treatment plans for older adults, adults and adolescents.
  • Facilitate Individual, family and group therapy
  • Facilitate Intensive Outpatient group, family, and individual therapy
  • Participate in curriculum development
  • Complete required clinical documentation with timeliness, efficiency and accuracy
  • Manage a mixed caseload which will include adults, parents/guardians of clients, adolescents and families experiencing or supporting a person with mental health concerns, trauma, communication challenges and family conflict.
  • Familiarity with services and resources in the community preferred.
  • Be willing to learn new therapeutic modalities
