The health, safety and well-being of our families, staff and communities is always our top priority. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, Karla Smith Behavioral Health has implemented the following precautionary measures to ensure safe delivery of mental health services.

These decisions are not made lightly, but they are necessary precautions we must take now to protect the health of our communities.  As mental health care professionals, we feel we have a responsibility to demonstrate best practices and lead the way as we navigate through these times.  
 
This is a rapidly evolving situation, and we are committed to keeping our communities, families and staff safe and informed. We will be updating the information on our Facebook and website frequently and as necessary.  

 


 

RESTRICTED ACCESS TO KSBH OFFICES

Karla Smith Behavioral Health has restricted access to our offices. ALL INQUIRIES by current clients and new clients should call 618-624-5771 ext. 101 or send an email to Emily.smith@blackdiamond2022.com if you are seeking help or need information on how to receive mental health services.  No walk-ins will be accepted at this time. 

 


 

EMPOWER-U INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM & THERAPY SESSIONS MOVE TO TELE-THERAPY

Our Empower U Intensive Outpatient Program and all Therapy Sessions will continue via tele-therapy and web conferencing.  The Karla Smith Behavioral Health team will be communicating with each family individually to make appropriate arrangements.  Please contact Emily Smith at 618-624-5771 ext. 101 for questions.

 


 

2020 TASTE OF O’FALLON IS POSTPONED

The 2020 Taste of O’Fallon has been postponed to a future date. The health and safety of all is our first priority and we want to ensure the Taste of O’Fallon is not only a spectacular evening, but one that we can all enjoy with a peace of mind. A new date will be announced in the near future.
